FAQ :)

  • Shipping in the US is a flat rate of $4, covering tracking and packaging. The goal is to include shipping for outside the US without it being crazy expensive, and have a cheaper alternative for shipping stickers and eventually prints, while maintaining ease in the check out process!

  • Returns and refunds will not be made as everything is handmade with care and may not be able to be replicated exactly as intended. Additionally, after your order has been placed, packaged, and in the post office it is officially out of my hands and I can no longer alter the item that has been delivered. If there are any concerns or issues with your order, please send an email to noelle.business.email@gmail.com and be patient with my response time as I currently am a full-time student <3 thank you!

(Also, if your order comes damaged PLEASE email me or message me on Instagram and we can work out a solution! )

  • With the current order rate, orders are usually processed and sent out within two days after ordering and you will receive an email with the tracking number after the label has been made which means it may come up as “label made yet not in the post office“

Don’t worry, your friends will be home soon <3

  • All of my earrings are made with sterling silver and stainless steel hooks! I am fortunate enough to not have a metal allergy, however, I know that it is a concern for many so please review these Amazon listings to ensure that my earrings will be a good fit for you! (I am not responsible for any reactions to your ears due to my earrings! Please take care of yourselves!)

  • To keep it simple, be gentle. To be more specific, clean clay goods with a damp cloth, or use a little bit of nail polish remover for those hard to clean stains. As for fabric goods, wash inside out (or wiped with a damp cloth) and let sit to dry. Don’t throw the clay goods or place them on a high surface as they can be broken if they fall. None of my items are intended for children as they can be choking hazards. With frequent use, wash earring hooks with earring cleaner or with hydrogen peroxide.

  • I get this question more often than I anticipated, and yes! I make the things with my brain juice and my hands making them handmade! (I occasionally use pre-made items to add to my items in some way, like my little tins or tiny jars!)
